Seeking an independent, professional, and respectful individual to rent a room in a beautiful 4 bedroom home in Alpharetta.

Gourmet kitchen with natural gas stove and convection oven, Washer/Dryer, patio, located in a family style subdivision. Living room has large screen tv, surround sound, and a fire place. Office has a printer and scanner you are welcome to use.

Rent is $1,000 a month for a non furnished room and $1300.00 a month for a fully furnished room (queen size bed, new bedding, shoe rack, lamps, and a dresser). The room is 12ft x 13ft. Utilities are included. AT&T hi speed internet, most streaming services,electricity, gas, heat, water and trash.

Very close to North Point Mall and the Avalon.

Other amenities include subdivision pool and tennis courts at no additional cost.

The home is located within walking distance and/or a short drive to a park, grocery stores(publix, whole foods, Kroger, and more) , and some fantastic restaurants. Also interstate 400 and North Point mall is within 3 miles.

I am a 40 year old male. I mostly live alone. Have three cats. My daughter stays over from time to time. My girlfriend stays over a handful of times per month. I am self-employed. I travel frequently for work, so you will have the house to yourself a lot of the time.

We would prefer a female tenant, that is employed, and ideally 34 years of age or older. Full background check is required. Would consider an older male too. If you are handy, opportunities to work off a portion of the rent.
