The room available is on the third floor (roughly 110 sqft) with bathroom shared with one additional person on the third floor. Shower is shared with two other housemates.
The room can be unfurnished or furnished, depending on preferences and needs.
All four housemates will have unrestricted, shared access to:
furnished kitchen with granite counter tops, modern refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, new paint and carpet throughout furnished living room, dining room table & chairs, washer and dryer garage (available for storage), high-speed wifi, central air/heat Utilities run $150 per person (included in rent rate) and includes high-speed internet, gas, electricity, water, trash and recycling. Housecleaning can be added for $75/month extra, including all common areas, bedroom, and bathroom.
$1,200 security deposit required. The lease is 3 month minimum, and month-to-month after that to give flexibility to leave whenever, but longer terms are available and encouraged (after a probationary period to ensure culture fit!).
The room is available immediately. There is some flexibility on move-in, if needed.

Housemates are typically professionals in their mid 20s to early 40s. We strive for a community feel, with people who are generally outdoors active, artists, health-conscious, book nerds, and into fitness/exercise, clean, courteous, respectful and inviting to all people.
We also welcome folks who would interested in joining for a roommate dinner or Sunday brunch together, when our busy schedules allow. We’ve recently been doing house dinners at local Micheline-listed restaurants, exploring the local restaurant scene.
On occasion, will invite each other’s friends over to share a good meal and join in the revelry of vibrant conversation, as well. Overnight guests of anyone who is family or a trusted friend are welcome.
