All housemates will have unrestricted, shared access to:

beautifully updated kitchen with brand new appliances: modern refrigerator, professional stove, modern bakers oven, and dishwasher, washer/dryer, new paint and new luxury wood-like floors on the primary level, new carpet in the halls, dining room table & chairs, high-speed wifi, central air/heat. Utilities are included, and include: high-speed internet, gas, electricity, water, trash and recycling. Housecleaning can be added for roughly $50/month extra per person, including all common areas and bathrooms, if all housemates agree.

One-months-rent security deposit required. The lease is month-to-month to give flexibility to leave whenever, but longer terms are available and encouraged (after a probationary period to ensure culture fit!).

All rooms are available immediately for viewing and move-in.

That brings us to what we’re look for: This is intended as a co-living, professionally-oriented, and community-oriented house. So, we all share the house, keep it clean and respectable for each other, and we strive to create a community atmosphere of independent folks.

General housemate qualities: mature, fun/interesting and stable roommate(s) who’d enjoy living in a friendly, and respectful living environment.

Housemates are typically professionals in their mid 20s to early 40s. We strive for a community feel, with people who are generally outdoors-oriented, active, artists, health-conscious, book nerds, and into fitness/exercise, cooking, clean, courteous, respectful and inviting to all people.

We also welcome folks who would interested in joining for a roommate dinner or Sunday brunch together, when our busy schedules allow. On occasion, will invite each other’s friends over to share a good meal and join in the revelry of vibrant conversation, as well. Overnight guests of anyone who is family or a trusted friend are welcome within limits to ensure the house does not become overcrowded for everyone else.
