This is a fully furnished three story townhouse in a quiet community in Stafford VA to be shared with the owner. The kitchen comes with the tools need to make most meals, and a large dining table. There is a desk (no computer provided) on the main floor for you to use to work or game. There are two black cats that live here and are free roaming throughout the house with the exception of the rental room and the hall bathroom (those doors are kept closed when not occupied). The Basement has a completely modular sofa, a 49 inch Smart TV, a full bath, and shared laundry (detergent will be provided). There is high speed internet that runs through all three floors of the house.
