About the space: The Zen Room is a furnished bedroom with a full bed, dresser, nightstands, 36“ smart TV, closet, and private bathroom. Coded lock installed for privacy. This room is located on the 2nd floor with an electric chair lift for access, if needed. There is a small living room with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator/freezer and microwave for your personal use. This living room has a 50“ ROKU TV with cable and a fireplace. Shared laundry room is also on the 2nd floor. Use of the main kitchen on the 1st floor is also available. Utilities and streaming services included – HOA, gas, water, sewer, trash, electric, high speed internet, netflix, hulu, prime, etc. Parking – space in the driveway or on the street, typically we park first come first serve.

About the Roomies: Currently this home is occupied by 1 female, retired and living on the 2nd floor with a separate bathroom and using the downstairs living area. There is a 2nd member of the household, male, on the 3rd floor also with a separate bathroom and living room. He works and will be in and out of the house. There are dogs that stay in the home on the 1st floor and in the backyard. They are friendly but will occasionally bark if someone approaches the front door. There is 1 cat that stays on the upper floors.
