Shared laundry room is also on the 2nd floor. Use of the main kitchen on the 1st floor is also available. Utilities and streaming services included – HOA, gas, water, sewer, trash, electric, high speed internet, netflix, hulu, prime, etc. Parking – space in the driveway or on the street, typically we park first come first serve.
