This is a very welcoming, and cozy space in a single family home, built December 2023. Having your own private room and your own unattached bathroom allows you to feel at home! The bedroom bundle includes a high quality queen size bed with one new set of linens and pillows (if you need to change or prefer to use your own, you are more than welcome to do that), built in closet, and chest of drawers. Shared house space includes access to one parking space (allows an wither an SUV, Pickup truck or regular size passenger vehicle), kitchen (includes all necessary ammenities), dinning, living room, closed in patio and your own bathroom, laundry room and access to office space if you work from home. Electric, water, alarm system and wifi included. House Rules: (Breaking house rules are subject to additional fines) No pets. No smokers this includes vaping. No eating/drinking in bedrooms. No overnight guests - There may be exceptions regarding guests but must be discussed and agreed on by homeowner before. Quiet time is observed from 10pm-8am daily. No outside furniture allowed. You are more than welcome to cook but also cleaning behind yourself is mandatory because we do live in Florida and do not want any reason to have unwanted, non-paying, squatters aka bugs sharing our space!! Absolutely no changes to the house structure in any type of way especially without discussing and/or getting approval from homeowner in writing! Conveniently located Directly behind 295, which is off Rampart and Collins Road. Walmart is 5 mins driving distance away. Publix, Rowes and tons of eaterys within close proximity. Jax Naval Air Station (Roosevelt Blvd, Rt 17) is located less than 20 mins away. Bus stops, Oakleaf Town Center, and Orange Park Mall are all less than 5 miles.

Home owner, which is myself will occupy the other part of the house. I am a sociable but respectable person and expect the same. Cleanliness and good hygiene are mandatory, therefore house/self care rules applies. I work/travel a lot but also have a good, close and respectable relationship with neighbors. Hopefully we can maintain that as we co-exist in the same house. Background check will be conducted!
