Tokia's room

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse apartment. 3rd floor. The room available is on the bottom floor. You will be sharing the space with myself, a small dog, and a cat. I will be upstairs in the two bedrooms so you’d have downstairs to yourself mostly. I am in love with this space and I can’t wait to find the right roomie to share it with.

I prefer a female, young professional, non-smoking. Sorry, no more pets as there is a two pet limit. Background check will be required to be added to the lease.

There will be a dining room set and living room furniture in place. All you need to bring is bedroom furniture.

Just me :) I am a 31 year old social worker. I work two jobs so when I’m home I’m really just relaxing but I like to go out and explore the city so I’m often going to concerts and out to eat.
