I am hard working female daughter looking for a clean and respectful female roommate to share my beautiful apartment in Alpharetta. You’ll have your private bedroom with bathroom, and have access to all the common areas - kitchen, laundry. The condo is on the top floor with balcony, which gives you plenty of privacy.

• Your monthly rent: $850 • Term: 4 months • Available / Move in by: March 30th, 2024 • Refundable security deposit: $300 • The bedroom is unfurnished. You can bring your own furniture/bed (Room will be cleaned and emptied before you move in)

The condo is conveniently located in a safe and upscale neighborhood and it is very close to Avalon, MARTA, North Point Mall, Highway 400 (Exit 9/11).
