We are looking for a third cotenant/roommate (ideally female) in our 3 bedroom apartment in SW Portland. Cost includes a private unfurnished bedroom and a shared bathroom (shared with one other person). Cost is $815 + utilities (WiFi, electric, and building utilities). Utilities are split 3 ways and usually range from $150-175/per person per month. For location information, the apartment is located very near to Cornell Farms.
Photos are from one year-ago prior to move-in. The space looks more lived-in now but is in transition with the current tenant leaving and taking some furniture with them. We keep the space clean/neat but will have the it professionally cleaned prior to your move-in. There will be a small amount of space for additional kitchen items. We do have a couch in the main living area but the space will probably be kind of empty.
Anyone who will be living in the apartment must apply to be a cotenant and sign a 12 month lease through the apartment buildings. Move-in would be around the end of June into early July as the lease officially renews on June 29th. We are hoping to find someone to apply/sign/commit ASAP.
The apartment has a communal living space, a balcony, kitchen with a dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. Heat is electric. Window AC units are allowed. There is not central AC but the communal living space does have a small wall unit that helps keep the main living area cool in the summer.
Other things to note:
- PARKING: Parking is free but sometimes spaces fill up and you may have to walk further if you get home past ~7pm. Covered spaces are available for $40/month.
- The closet in your room houses the water heater.
- STORAGE: There is no storage space in the apartment. There are storage companies nearby or on-site storage can be purchased for additional cost.
- PETS: There are currently pets in the household. We would be open to one more pet (please ask, no dogs over 35 lbs, our space is just too small).
- Friends/family welcome but we keep our space fairly quiet most of the time. Would prefer someone who doesn’t bring parties home.
- CLEANING: Shared cleaning of the common spaces.
- No smoking but 420 friendly in outdoor spaces.
- LGBTQ+ friendly.

- Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub
- Gym and sauna
- Indoor basketball and squash court
- Great location in SW Portland, 10 minutes to between NW Portland or 10 minutes to Cedar Hills.
