Hi! I’m a 30-year-old female looking to team-up with another female to find a new apartment. I am looking to move in May. Ideally looking to sign a lease on a 2 bed/2 bath place with one other person.

Budget: ~$1000-$1400 Location: NW Portland, SW Portland (West Slope, West Haven-Sylvan areas), Cedar hills/Cedar Mills area, SE or NE Portland. Flexible on location for the right roommate or place!

Dates: I am l looking to move in May but hope to apply and sign a lease somewhere ASAP.

About me: I am an extroverted introvert. I value my alone time as much as social time with people I’m comfortable around. I like to keep my spaces clean. I’m a veterinary technician and work 3 days per week (long shifts). I spend my days off catching up on sleep, going on walks, and doing the usual adulting tasks. I’m home a fair amount on my days off but consider myself a fairly quiet roommate. I would love to find a roommate who enjoys hanging out in communal spaces on occasion and is looking to create a warm housing environment. I have one cat who would likely stay in my room with the door closed (as long as the room is big enough). It would be nice to find a roommate who also has a cat/dog so we could swap pet sitting for each other on occasion. I can provide roommate references and am happy to meet up virtually or in-person to see if we vibe.
