Most of the roomies are either working professionals or graduate students working to get their careers going and saving money for their next step in life. Currently, it’s a mix of male/female all in their 20s/30s. It’s not a party residence but I try to keep it fun by sponsoring roomie socials (quarterly) outside the residence (dinners, movie nights, go-karting, etc.).
