Most of the roomies are either working professionals or graduate students working to get their careers going and saving money for their next step in life. Currently, it’s males in their 20s/30s (mostly). It’s not a party residence but I try to keep it fun by sponsoring roomie socials (quarterly) outside the residence (dinners, movie nights, go-karting, etc.).
The house is located in a gated community, minutes away from W.C. Johnson Park, ATC Fitness, and LA Fitness.
The house is 5-Bed, 3.5-Bath, with brick walls on all sides. It is meticulously maintained with hardwood floors throughout. All sinks and countetops are made of quartz.
Very high ceiling (10+ ft) with a ceiling fan in every room (remote controlled) and central HVAC. Very spacious (3,600 sqft). The house is in a gated community. The house has a two-car garage and a driveway to fit up to four cars. There are plenty of parking spots on the street as well.
The house has a professionally monitored securiy system with exterior cameras. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors installed on each floor. Mesh network (TP-Link) set up to ensure seamless WiFi network.
Common areas are furnished with top-of-the-line sofas and tables. Kitchen is equipped with rice cooker, slow-cooking pot, a wide range of pans, bowls, cups, bottles, knives, scissors, and utensils. Also available are coffee makers, vegetable juicer, ice mixer, toaster, and air fryer. The kitchen has brand new appliances - refrigerator w/ water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and gas oven. Outdoor patio has Big Green Egg grills, pizza oven (gas & wood), and a large Blackstone griddle (gas) for social gathering and BBQ.
Utilities included. Shared bath. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking spaces.
Restaurants and gyms are very close. Kitchen is adorned with a gorgeous marble backsplash, under-cabinet LED lights, and over-cabinet LED lights.
Ideally looking for six months or longer for leases, but it is negotiable. The listed price is for a 12-month lease. Shorter leases would be priced higher.
Background check involves credit check, employment verfiication, landlord reference, and criminal history check.
Males active in their professions (sales, carpentry, etc.). We are mostly in our 20s and 30s, and we are not party types. We do not have pets, either.
