The furnished Airbnb style rooms for rent are located in a Lincoln Crossing in a peaceful home for responsible clean, down-to-earth, well-organized roomies looking for a lovely home to share with hardworking professionals. We are very selective and are looking for roomies who are considerate and respectful of other roommates’ privacy and space.
The home is clean and organized. By adhering to these expectations the house has been kept in immaculate condition for our guests and prefer roomies who enjoy coming home to relax in a nice home.
Please No Shoes in the house, No Drugs or alcohol, No smoking of any kind indoors or outside the premises of the home. No overnight guests or moving people in without advance agreement with the owner. No exceptions to avoid any issues with other roommates.
We don’t have anything against animals and love pets but prefer no pets to avoid any potential issues with other roommates who may be allergic to animals, annoyed with barking, biting, and scratching of furniture, pet hair on furniture, and anything that may cause issues for the other roommates. Thank you for understanding and consideration.
Roommates must clean up after themselves. The home has a large field in the back of the home and want to avoid pests. Must adhere to all HOA rules.
Washer and dryer, TV in every room, cable and Wifi are available and included. The home also has a large private backyard that overlooks a field. Rooms are not adjacent to one another for more privacy. The owner will be maintaining the premises and lawn bi-weekly.
All Roommates will have complete full access to Resort Style 15,000 sq ft. Clubhouse with three pools for adults and children, sprinklers, showers, eating and lounging outdoor areas, outdoor games, an indoor lap pool with jacuzzi, a Fitness Gym, a Sauna, a Full indoor Basketball court (leagues available), tennis courts, free group classes, teen game room with video games and community activities and events.
The home is a 10-minute walk to the clubhouse, shopping, and restaurants and 10 minutes away from The Galleria Mall by car.
