We prefer a super clean and down-to-earth male. Single dads with children are welcome or dads with visitation. Home is within 10 minutes walking distance to shopping and 10 minutes away from The Galleria Mall and restaurants by car.
All roommates will have full access to the Resort Style clubhouse with three pools for adults and children, sprinklers, outdoor games, an indoor lap pool with jacuzzi, Fitness Gym, Sauna, Full indoor Basketball court (leagues and group classes available), tennis courts, a teen game room with video games and community monthly activities.
No Drugs, No Pets, No alcohol, No incense, No Smokers or smoking of “any” kind indoors or outside the premises of the home. No overnight guests without permission from the owner. No loud music or TV that disturbs other neighbors or roommates. No exceptions to avoid any issues with other paying roommates.
The roommate must be easygoing with a good personality and able to keep his room super clean and also be willing to help and take turns cleaning all common areas and putting out garbage cans. Must adhere to all HOA rules. No dirty dishes left in the sink or anywhere in the home or food left on the stove and kitchen counters. Laundry room available with washer and dyer. Wifi and large backyard with privacy overlooking large field with trees.
