Must be able to pay rent on the 1st of the month. No drugs, No smokers or smoking of any kind indoors or outside of the home premises, No burning incense, No alcohol and No pets to avoid any potential issues with other paying roommates. Must clean up after himself. No food left on stove or counters, dirty dishes left in the sink. Must adhere to all HOA rules.
Must cooperate with cleaning room regularly and help clean common areas and bathrooms and be willing to take turns putting out garbage cans if physically able to do so.
Washer and dryer and Wifi is available. Home has a large private backyard as well that looks out to a field. Owner will be maintaining the premises bi-weekly.
All Roommates will have full access to Resort Style clubhouse with three pools for adults and children, sprinklers, showers, eating and lounging outdoor areas, outdoor games, indoor lap pool with jacuzzi, Fitness Gym, Sauna, Full indoor Basketball court (leagues available), tennis courts, teen game room with video games, monthly activities.
Home is a 10 minute walking distance to shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes away from The Galleria Mall by car.
