This is a brand new condo style apartment directly across the street from Lake Tapps and Allen Yorke Park. The room has its own bathroom and is on the bottom floor of the 3 stories. It has a glass sliding door that opens up to your own private patio facing the lake.
About the roomies
I am a 43 year old female and I have a 16 year old daughter. We live on the top level, so the middle floor is shared kitchen/living room. We are very busy with work and sports so we are gone a lot of the time. We’re very laid back and we like to keep things very clean.
