Hi Everyone my name is Dennis DeCicco and I am a 25 yr old young professional looking for a Male Roommate to live with me at the Grandview Pointe Apartments located in Mt. Washington/Duquesne Heights area starting AUGUST 1st, 2024. My Current roommate will not be renewing his lease and I need a new Roommate before the Renewal Date of MARCH 31st, 2024.

The Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and updated appliances, Located on the 7th floor with West Side balcony views. The room that is opening up has access to their bathroom across the hall. The Total Rent to be shared is $2214 + Utilities & WIFI. Parking is available through building management. As a roommate, I’m originally from New York and I am a Die-hard sports Fan when it comes to my Teams (Yankees, Jets, Nets). I love to go to sporting events throughout the Year and like to have fun on the weekends from time to time. Some Hobbies I enjoy are thrifting/shopping, watching sports, and recreational activities outside when the weather is nice.
