There are two options here. One is a separate, sun drenched, entire third floor space . Nicely furnished with more furniture/home goods arriving, there are two small bedrooms at opposite ends with large closets, a living room, bathroom, wood burning stove and many skylights in this funky, converted attic space. The available bedroom and the bathroom have been recently painted, and the pictured twin bed frame can be replaced with a full bed. The entire floor is available for $1700 for one person, including furniture, private bath and utilities. This is ideal for someone who would like a home office or has kids visit occasionally.
The other option is to have one furnished room on either the second or third floor. Rent is $1200-$1300 including utilities depending.
Please be comfortable with dogs, as sometimes a friendly dog visits. Sorry that permanent pets are not allowed.
Best fit is with a stable, kind, honest, reliable, respectful, drama free person who appreciates a clean, quiet, peaceful and aesthetically pleasing home.
