I have 1 bedroom available to rent to a SINGLE occupant. Room already have a full bed matress & spring box, and a small desk. Size about 12’ x 12’ with a walk-in closet, cable/wireless internet access. The bedroom is $600/month, all bills included PLUS $ 600 deposit that’s refundable upon move out. 6-month minimum stay required. Background check done and references requested. All bills includes electricity, water, gas. You need to provide your own wireless internet.
