The available option is a bedroom that shares a bathroom with 1 person. Rent is $700 for a year lease, $750 for a 6 month. Available April 1st
Utilities (Power, Gas, Water) will be split and shared amongst all tenants.
Rules: No smoking allowed in the house. No pets allowed.
Appliances and access: You would have access to all appliances and shared rooms including the garage, kitchen, living room, and dining room. Shared appliances include: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer and dryer, nest thermostat, and 800 Mb internet

Security: Each bedroom has individual locks / keys, and you would get a copy of it along with a key for access to the house.

I own and manage the property. But will not be a roommate. The roommates sharing the upper floor are two males in their low 20s. The individual renting the independent lower floor is male in his 30s.
