Welcome to this 3 bed 2 bathroom, with finished basement home! Only 3 rooms will be occupied, the 4th room is shared extra space.

$650 is for a year lease, a 6 month $700/month. Power, Water and Gas are split and shared amongst all roommates. Internet, Trash, and Pest Control will be included at no charge.

About the house: No smoking allowed in the house. No pets allowed. The home is fenced and has a sense of good privacy, has a spacious porch, a large backyard and shed for additional storage.

Appliances and access: You would have access to all appliances and shared rooms including the basement, garage, kitchen, living room with chimney, and dining room. You would share a full bath upstairs with 1 other individual.

Shared appliances include: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer and dryer, nest thermostat, and 1Gb internet

Location: The location is perfect for those that like to be in the center of Kennesaw, Buckhead/Midtown, and SunTrust Park. Nearby businesses include: Target, Publix, Chik-fil-A, Waffle House, Burger King, Firehouse Subs, several Banks, Great Clips / Sport CLips, Home Depot… all within a 2 minute drive! Costco within a 10 minute drive!

Security: Each bedroom has individual locks / keys, and you would get a copy of it along with a key for access to the house.
