The house is in a very convenient location in the Santa Fe neighborhood in North Oakland/Temescal area between the Mac Arthur and Ashby Bart stations. It is within a short walking distance from AC Transit bus stops and to trendy Temescal restaurants and cafes on Telegraph. It is also within three blocks access to freeway, and 2.5 miles to UC Berkeley.

The room is available now for a six month sublease or less, and may be extendable. Rent is $1050 per month with a deposit of $650. Rent amount includes water and sewer, garbage collection, and internet service. Tenant pays a share of electricity and gas. Our home offers a friendly environment and at the same time respects your privacy.
