It is also within three blocks access to freeway, and 2.5 miles to UC Berkeley.
The room is available starting in January 1st, 2026 for a six month sublease or less, and may be extendable. Rent is $1150 per month with a deposit of $650. Rent amount includes water and sewer, garbage collection, and internet service. Tenant pays a share of electricity and gas.
