About the Home This charming duplex consists of two fully independent flats that share a welcoming backyard and patio. Each apartment features hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, furnished bedrooms (approximately 110 sq. ft.), living and dining rooms, and an in-unit laundry room. The bathroom is shared among three housemates.

The home is conveniently located between MacArthur BART and Ashby BART stations, with easy access to AC Transit bus lines and nearby freeway entrances. It is approximately 2.5 miles from UC Berkeley.

The property is also located just two blocks from Children’s Hospital and near Emeryville, providing convenient access to Pixar, the German School of the East Bay, Escuela Bilingüe Internacional (San Pablo Campus), and numerous biotech and technology companies.

The neighborhood is highly walkable and close to Temescal’s vibrant restaurants, cafés, and local shops.

Lease terms are flexible. Short-term stays are welcome and are ideal for students, interns, visiting professionals, or anyone seeking temporary housing. Longer-term arrangements are also available, including a one-year lease with a month-to-month extension option.
