The house is also a two-block walk to Berkeley, with the Albany Bulb and Bay Trail close by. Fantastic hiking trails in the Berkeley Hills are up the street, and Cal is approximately a 20-minute commute away.
The living space is comfortable and expansive, featuring an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining room. There’s also a spare loft bedroom that serves as a great reading nook. The back garden is equipped with a lovely outdoor clawfoot bathtub.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The house comes equipped with Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a toaster oven/air fryer, a microwave, a dishwasher, Berkey water filter, and generous refrigerator and cabinet space. Storage is available for outdoor gear, and street parking is unrestricted and abundant.
The rental terms include a $1550 deposit in addition to the $ 1,550 monthly rent. Utilities are not included. Applicants must have a reliable source of income.
