Private Room in 2 Bedroom Apartment- Nob Hill I have a room for rent in a fully furnished Edwardian apartment building on Nob Hill, situated in the most convenient downtown location. The apartment is close to the financial district, Union Square, Chinatown, and features nearby attractions such as Huntington Park, Grace Cathedral, The Fairmont Hotel, Mark Hopkins Hotel, and Huntington Hotel, all just a block away. Dry cleaners, a laundry mat, corner stores, restaurants, bars, Trader Joe’s, Wholefoods, St Francis Memorial Hospital, and the Postal Office are all within a stone’s throw.

The apartment is fully equipped with secure Wi-Fi, a wireless color laser printer, and a complete workstation for remote work. A large 4K HDTV in the living room is connected to streaming services, an Xbox One X with 8TB of games, and a classic Nintendo Wii console for gaming enthusiasts. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, cookware, cutlery, and tableware for both Western and Eastern-style gastronomy. The room for rent includes a queen-sized bed, a closet, a small table, and chair. Linens and pillows are provided, making it easy for you to move in.

In the basement of the building, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers for your convenience.

About me: I’m a respectful straight single father. My child is in college and visits once or twice a year, staying between my ex-wife’s place and mine. This living arrangement has worked well for young individuals moving to SF from abroad or here for school or internships. I am inclusive and respectful of all genders and races, valuing others’ space and privacy. Currently disabled due to Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), I’m in recovery and seeking a responsible and mindful roommate who isn’t too loud, considering my hyperacusis, which amplifies sounds for me.

A bit about the lease: A six-month lease is preferred, with a month-to-month arrangement thereafter. The rent is $1675 per month, with a $1,000 deposit. Utilities are split between us, along with basic amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and disinfectants. Street parking is available with the option of obtaining a parking permit for extended parking. Several paid monthly parking garages are also nearby if needed.
