The Townhome has a garage and can store some items as well as a small 20x20 fenced yard. The townhome complex has 2 pools, tennis courts and meeting rooms.
Utilities/Cleaning to be split by roomies.
May be possible to park one car in the garage with coordination.
Must be self sufficient. Room is only for one person unless coordinated with owner (rent may be adjusted). Pet welcome upon owner approval. Roadside parking available as well as coordinating possible garage parking.
We are a smoke free home and townhome complex. We require background and credit check.
