We have two bedrooms available and for now would only like to offer one. The rooms are on the second floor and you will have your choice. Room size is 10x10. Can be furnished or unfurnished. The Townhome has a garage and can store some items as well as a small 20x20 fenced yard. The townhome complex has 2 pools, tennis courts and meeting rooms for rent. Utilities/Cleaning to be split by roomies.
Must be self sufficient. Room is only for one person. Pet welcome upon owner approval. Roadside parking available.
