In Park Ridge. A 3/1 single family w a big backyard and huge garage. This bedroom has a full size bed frame with large long hideaway compartments in the headboard and also some shelf space, upgraded ‘box spring’ with a premium queen mattress. Bed is raised up princess style for temperature control, better sleeping and makes easy storage underneath. My gf stays in this room when she’s in town. She puts down like 1000 pillows. It’s like one giant bed for a room. So much fun, she’s kinda smart.

There are two rooms to choose from. Consider it like a long term airbnb. We keep 1 room open as a guest room, game room, for random projects, kids, family or just extra space.

Work. (Kernan/ Beach area) Come home, get cleaned up (largest bathtub in Jax), some loud music (home is sound proof), some chill time(Netflix, Disney etc), eat good (grill, garden area, close to Sprouts and many restaurants), get some good sleep (rooms designed for dreaming and deep sleep) and back to it. No fuss. No worries. No keys (digital lock) Don’t even have to clean up. (Maid service) Safe neighborhood (sheriff neighbors) Military family.
