The house is a large 4 bedroom 3 bath house in Modesto close to Johansen High school. It has a 3 car garage with shelve for storage. The bathroom is a nice size but shared with one man. I pay for the gardener and the pest control every month. But utilities are divided by the total of the 4 renters. That includes the internet. There is also a maid service that comes twice a month to clean everything. The maid service is also divided by the 4 renters. The average cost for the maoid service and the utilities is about $240 a month. All bedrooms have their own locks on the doors with their own key. There are 2 refrigerator in the house and a washer and dryer for everyone to share. The rent is month to month. But I am looking for someone that wants to stay long term.
Three men live in the house currently. They all get along well. There is no parties, no drugs, no smoking and no addiction issues. Disrespect of eachother and their things will not be tolerated and you will be asked to move.
