Please no pets you have your own bathroom and own closet it’s upstairs right across from the master bedroom location is very convenient. It’s basically right down the street from Walmart, Burlington 3 Box Way from the tollway and dart picks up right in front of the apartment and located in a very trendy nice area of North Dallas it’s a gated community.

Well for one, I’m very keen on privacy. a very low profile. I work with senior citizens, so I prefer someone that would have mostly a night schedule .(not a big deal.) i’m a traditional schedule 9 to 5. I do have a friends that stop by every now and then to enjoy an evening of karaoke, or glass wine, sometimes( hope you don’t mind music) I have an odd sleep habit, so, however, I have respect for my attendance that are renting.
