Pillows are up on the wall for sound proofing for music recording, but the room will be unfurnished–though I do have some furniture if you want that too.
Description of the room and space:
Super cozy east facing room overlooking a nice, small backyard in Germantown, Philadelphia. Large closet space with built in organizer. The room is 15’x8’ with a 10’ wide entryway. The room is in a rowhome in a quiet, friendly, tree-lined block in East Germantown. Walking distance from Wissahickon Park and accessible via the 23 bus on Germantown Ave to go downtown.
The whole house is about 1500 square feet, and there is a washer and dryer in the basement. There is a co-working space in the front room of the house for people to work. Looking for someone who can commit to living here for a year.
Two friendly cats live in the house, as well as myself–the son of Patricia who’s facebook this is listed on. I am a sociology PhD candidate and have lots of interests–love to play music, disc golf, go on long walks, and read and write. I definitely enjoy occasional kitchen chats and connecting with roommates. I also speak Spanish and Portuguese!
