It a nice size bedroom with great light. A nice closet. You have full use of the property including a private patio off the kitchen and dining room. You would only need a bed (full size) and there is a desk in the room as well. You do not need any kitchen equipment or dishes. There is street parking and a free permit tag to park.

I am a retired woman looking for a female roommate to rent for awhile. Will have her own bedroom a bathroom downstairs, a shared shower upstairs. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores. I am easy to get along with. I have 2 cats so you must like kitties. I am a very clean person and require someone to be the same way.
