We live in a newly renovated house in residential area. You access to your own private bedroom. Heat and A/C unit comes with this room. The two large bathrooms with locks are shared with us and other guests. You will also have access to shared spaces: living room, kitchen, and two dining areas. Your room is equipped with a new cooling memory foam king bed, an LG closet, a desk, and nightstands with lamps. Feel free to make your own meals in kitchen. Come and go with own access code lock. Suitable for one person. May consider a couple for 400 more per month.
Kindness, Peace & Tranquility is what we strive for and request from any guest in our beautiful home. This a very large shared house, potential for noise. We provide earplugs and white noise machines. In addition to me and my husband there are other LGBTQ+ guests in and out. We have been super hosts on another platform for over 4 years. We have 2 lovely shared bathrooms that we clean daily or as needed. A large kitchen with space enough for more than one to use at once. A key to the bedroom will be provided, the front door has a keypad with a 4 digit code you can choose.
