Me and my husband own and live in a large 6 bedroom old , newly refurbished. There is so much shared space and table and desks. The kitchen is large and our guests have a 2nd fridge. Peace and tranquility is essential. This room we are offering is a small budget room with only a small desk inside the small closet. It has a brand new cooling memory foam queen-sized mattress and room darkening curtains. We are not interested in anyone who gets drunk or uses drugs. There is always street parking close. This a very safe neighborhood, we have had no problems of theft or vandalism in 5 years since we moved in here. Public transportation is great, with a vine bus stop on Mill Plain and Grand in West Vancouver Washington near Ft Vancouver.

My Husband and I own and live on the main level. This small but cozy space to sleep is clean and lots common areas kept clean and ready for use.
