The room itself is big. Ground floor. No need to take the elevator. No kitchen access. Refrigerator and microwave to be provided.
About me: I am Dominican and I am very busy with work and I like to come home to a peaceful and quiet environment.
About you: you are looking for a quiet place to call home. You are mature and drama free. You are clean and you pay your rent on time.
I am asking for first month and a month deposit along with state/passport ID. $2,800 total to move in.
I am Hispanic, work crazy hours. You would never see me. My mom is in the apartment during the day. But she keeps to herself.
