Crescent Avenue

This is my vacation property. It’s in a great location. The mall and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has 3 bedroom. I will be using one bedroom when coming to visit for long weekends, vacation or holidays. I am looking for two roommates. Ideally, two roommates that have busy schedules, school, work, etc. No visitors, smoking, parties. I am looking to keep a low profile. Both roommates can share common areas, like bathroom and kitchen. There is more than one bathroom.

I live in New York City. Nobody else is living in the property. I would come to visit with my family like 2/3 times a year for couple days. You’ll have a lot of privacy.
