The room has two (2) entrances, and near a patio along the side of the house is an extended patio with two (2) entrances. The private bedroom has a sliding glass door to the patio & the other is the hallway inside the house. A shared community living room, kitchen (cabinets), and dining room exist. Double door refrigerator with water dispenser, dishwasher, new stove, microwave. Condo Community shared pool and jacuzzi tennis court near Elementary Schools, colleges, hotels, resorts, and shopping centers. Local hiking paths, libraries, parks, etc. If you have a pet, such as a dog, you need to pay a pet rent of $100 each and a security deposit of $250 for a pet.
The co- host is Kaliph that has an additional room whom is the resident male roommate in mid 40s. He assist with minimum maintenance of property. Mostly works very early in mornings and very busy in community.
