Hello this beautiful room is available along with its luxurious taste to it. Condo style with a Newyork feel to it. You have a nice place with your own livingroom, master bedroom and king size bed, bathroom and private space .Only thing shared is the marble countertop kitchen which is downstairs along with another livingroom downstairs if you feel the need to be socialize. Home is spacious. Neighborhood is quiet, safe friendly and secured with a nice back door view. Perfect location. U are 2 minutes from pleasant hill with all the delicious food😋 25 minutes to Atlanta, 15 to Snellville, 5 to duluth, Lilburn 10 minutes, norcross 10, Stone Mountain, 15, Alpharetta 25, 20 to Buford, and it can’t get better then this. Not sure how long this will be out here but first come first serve.
Not sure who the roommate will be just yet but we always try to balance personality and keep the home peaceful and home friendly.
