Utilities included. Lots of restaurants, shopping centers, food market and more in the area . It is around main attractions like the Mall of Georgia , Top Golf, Movie Theather, Margaritaville Lanier Islands, Tannery Row Artist Colony, Buford Dam Park& Lake Lanier, Coolray Field, Delicious Restaurants and quiet neighborhood. I love this area everything is so close by and easy to navigate.
