Dani's room

3 story, 3 bedroom, 2 full and 2 half bathroom townhouse. Landlord/owner lives in the townhouse. 1 room available. Own bathroom. 1 guest bedroom as well. Room option for furnished or not. Bi-weekly maid service. Lower level is an open space with 2 storage closets, a half bath, coat closet and small fenced in backyard. Part of this space is used as owners office. Main level features laundry, 2nd half bath, kitchen, living room and dining area (open concept) Top floor features master bedroom and ensuite bathroom and 2 other bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

I am mid 30s, work from home and have 2 dogs. I occasionally foster dogs/puppies with the rescues I volunteer with. I can be a homebody or out running 100 miles in the woods. Government employees preferred. No drugs in the house allowed etc.
