2000 sqft townhouse in a nice community with fenced-in backyard and 1 parking tag/parking spot available to the tenant.

3 story townhouse, 4 bathrooms- 2 half 2 full. large house, kitchen, etc. all upgraded and updated appliances, access to the whole house. 3 bedrooms- only renting one. the room is 11x12 with its own bathroom. The tenant will also have a super large ground floor to use/share it’s just an extra rec-type room. I use part of the space as gym- tenant would have use of treadmill and peloton bike. There are two large storage closets, a half bath, access to the outside, and a large open room about 30x 20 (?). This is not a floor that can be rented as I need it to access the backyard (grilling, etc). tenant bedroom is furnished - can choose furnished or unfurnished- up to tenant - the other 3rd room is a smaller room used as a guest room if anyone has guests etc. I have 2 dogs. No cats allowed- I’m allergic. Would prefer law enforcement or Government worker- background checks, etc. No drugs, not 420 friendly, responsible adults only. Bi-weekly maid. Community pool. Within 1.5 miles of several grocery stores, Costco, gas stations, close to the battlefield.

Potentially open to short term for 1500/month.

36 yr old professional- I work in defense contracting as a Sr. proposal manager. i work from home. Im an outdoorsy person, i trail run and have a horse so I spend a lot of time in the woods. pretty easy going, keep a clean house but not a clean freak- (i buy the robotic vacuum to vacuum for me) Not open to couples, an overnight guest occasionally cool- but I don’t want to share the space with 3 people everyday.
