Pinnacle Drive

The room is unite for single person, private bathroom and quiet area. The room is in the basement. Visitors are allow to park in the visitors space but most have parking sticker.

I am a private person who lived quietly with my son. I do not like high traffic in my house, for this reason, only one person is allow to live in the room. For the rental person, you have to be clean, able to clean after your self and put trash out. No high traffic of visitor, no smoker, no coming home very late. Just be mature and responsible. No drugs smoking in the house, etc.
