The roommate is required to please keep the room clean, as I have recently installed new carpeting. Good cleaning habits are essential.

I do little basic cooking, as I mainly eat out most of the time.

If the rent is not paid on the due date, the $600 deposit will be used, and the roommate will need to vacate the room within 30 days. I will provide a letter stating all this information, and you will be required to sign it in order to start renting the room.
