About the room
It is a brand new two story house in Bellevue Ranch, very close to UC Merced and walkable to CatTracks Bus Stop. All appliances and furniture are new. Utilities are all included and the house has high speed fiber optic internet.
No smoking anywhere on the property. Sorry but no overnight visitors/sleepovers, and no pets.
Please note that a non-refundable background check along with a one-month security deposit is required. We look forward to welcoming the right roommates.
About the roomies
The master bedroom is occupied by a UC Merced student. We have two brand new furnished rooms for rent with a shared bathroom. Each room has its own lock and is equipped with a desk and chair, perfect for that college student looking for a comfortable and quiet home to stay in.
