The room is fully furnished with a couch, TV, bed, night tables, etc. You will have access to your own separate entrance and a private bathroom. Shared kitchen. Free parking on driveway. Quiet and serene neighborhood.

We prefer to rent to a clean female with few belongings as the room is fully furnished. However, we are open to renting to a couple who’s the right fit $1600 + utilities. Smoke - and pet-free home.
