Private large room for rent in a beautiful 3000 sq home with tons of privacy and space. The home has 4 bedrooms and we will be renting only one room. The room is fully furnished with a couch, desk, TV, bed, night tables, etc. You will have access to your own separate entrance and a private bathroom. Shared kitchen. Free parking on driveway. Quiet and serene neighborhood.

We prefer to rent to a working professional and clean female with few belongings as the room is fully furnished. However, we are open to renting to a couple who’s the right fit ($1600 utilities included). Smoke - and pet-free home.
