This property has an office manager Bonita of whom when you have ANY issues, she makes sure her Maintenace crew takes care of it asap. I’ve got all great working appliances the ac is nice and cold new screened in porch, new roof for hurricane season, new tile throughout, except the bedrooms have carpet. There is a dish washer, and I just bought a new full washer and dryer, of which you’re welcome to use. I have everything you need for kitchen gadgets, from a brick oven pizza maker, quesadilla maker, 3 air fryers, cake pop pans, new furniture, new pots, pans, and anything you need really if you like kitchen gadgets as I love to cook. This is a 2-bedroom 2 bath, so it’ll only by me and one roomate. You’ll have your own bathroom as well. It’s big enough and comfortable for two tenants where you are not bumping into each other. The office manager will do a background check, it’s in my lease rules. That is $35. It’s a very safe, quiet, non-partying, no drama building and complex. I love my apt. especially since I’ve got mostly retired or older neighbors, all nice and quiet. Everyone over here is very friendly, but not nosey either.
I’m a supervisor currently at a local high school,…i’m a drug free, NO IN ANY FORM DRAMA (meaning 100% drama free–love my peace!)I’m just a truly down to earth, good morals and values nice woman. I’m clean, expect you would be clean too, no drugs please or alcoholics, no loud music or any negative habits to get my landlord mad…I am looking to find my first roomate as rent has gone up, and to live comfy I am trying to find one with a good sense of moral, clean, and kind. Hopefully we can become pals, watch a movie hang out eat together if you want at times, but still respect each other’s space and privacy.
