I recently became happily single and moving back into Catalina Club i put on here May 1st so i can have the month of April to move in and have time to organize unpack and set the place up nice, I’m posting pictures two yrs. ago when I lived here, so you can see that I have nice things, keep a clean home, just I’ve boughten different stuff but all new so it will be comfy and nice. (4 grand almost in deposits, as everything on the quiet convenient side of town went up, but I’ve lived here when I was in high school, a few other times, now 53 still love it here. This complex has a new owner, he’s trying to upgrade/fix things such as new roof, which has been done, landscaping has started, then new parking lot, then pool fixed. I know I’ve lived here a few times and loved it. It’s close to everything you could want to go do or eat, few min from the beach side, quiet no drama complex. Bonita the office manager if you have an issue she’ll take care of it ASAP, they’ve been upgraded, large spacious kitchen, dishwashers, disposals, new ac units, i just bought a new washer and dryer for inside unit, i have full furniture and pots/ pans, all the Gadgets I can have to make cooking easy and fun, newly screened in porch, daily trash pickup, I’m close to my mailbox, in a quiet nice neighbors bldg. I’ve never seen a cop here for drama and don’t hear cussing or yelling, only the nice breeze on my porch. I feel safe here, and I’m upstairs. so, I don’t have to hear anyone’s walking up there on my ceiling lol.

I’m a supervisor currently at a local high school, going back to school to double my salary lol…i’m a drug free, NO IN ANY FORM DRAMA (meaning 100% drama free–love my peace!)im just a truly down to earth good morals and values nice woman. I’m clean, expect you wou.ld be quiet, only have respectful friends, as you can too if they respect my home, no drugs please or alcoholics, no loud music or any negative habits to get my landlord mad…I am looking to find my first roomate s rent is gone up, and to live comfey i am trying to find one with a good sense of morral, clean, and kind. Hopefully we can become pals, watch a movie hang out but still understand we need our own time as well.
