Zachary's room

The house is located adjacent to a park and has off street parking. There is a garage in back that is accessible through a gate. There is in shared in unit laundry. There are two living rooms, and although one is technically shared, I rarely use it. I mostly walk through the shared living room to use the laundry room, since that is the only way to access it. Lastly, this is a duplex and your living space has its own entrance.

I’m currently working on getting my PhD and I teach for a living. I am very good at communicating and prefer being proactive about talking instead of building resentment. I have a miniature poodle who will regularly need to use the backyard to use the bathroom regularly. I have about one get together a month, and keep these to the weekends.
