870 Sq Foot Duplex on Mt. Washinton. The place is fully furnished (outside of the 2nd bedroom) and has a full-sized fridge, microwave, air fryer, and washer and dryer. Parking is always available on the street. 3 story (unfinished basement) with a shared back porch and backyard. I don’t mind smoking (either kind) but just ask that its done outside. Fantastic view of the city is about a 5 min walk away.

18 y/o full time worker, work 6am-3pm. Looking for a low-maintenance roommate, who is clean and respectful of a shared space. I own a cat named sock and he is very friendly.
