It is 5 minutes from downtown Lebanon, 25 minutes from the Nashville Airport (BNA) and 35 minutes from downtown Nashville. The listing is for bedroom #4. All common areas, appliances, amenities that come with the property are available. We are located next to the community pool.

The roommates are all over aged males who are working professionals. My name is Rodrigo, this is my home that i am renting rooms out of, and am employed as a biomedical engineer for a company named CenTrak. I have taken the time to screen people interested in the rooms and will do so with this last bedroom. The other two roommates are very mild mannered, respectful and are overall down to earth individuals who understand how to live with others. I am hoping to find a 4th person that meets that criteria.
