It is a quiet community in a great and safe neighborhood. The dwelling is 4 bed/3 bath. The room for rent is located upstairs and bedroom #3 per the floorplan. About the roomies

There are 3 working professionals currently living in the home. I am a service manager for a security company, another is a biomedical engineer and the last is a marketing manager for the Hilton chain. We all have different schedules, are respectful of each others space and clean up after ourselves. I am looking for a fourth that has the same mindset.
